What a sunrise hay?? after days of clear skies the clouds returned today and while the clear days are great for crystal clear ocean photos, there’s no real chance of getting a sky lit up like it was this morning without some cloud cover. That 10 minutes of epic colour normally comes at a price thou. It means the rest of the day will be a little dull… all the “colour dollars” were spent before most got out of bed.

Waves were super glassy at first light with barely any breeze to speak of. South facing beaches were pulling the last of this fading swell and did have some form on the early low tide. Make the most of the glassy conditions cause I’m pretty sure there’s a barrage of wind on its way for Friday and into the weekend.
