First dude to get barrelled in 2012…… Harley Ingleby!! I’m calling New Years Eve as the best night of the year to lay off the booze. You get any beach you want at dawn all to yourself, you feel a million dollars while everyone else feeling god-awful and you can use the public holiday to surf ya brains out instead of spewing your guts up. The first hour of light today was pretty sweet, clean 3-foot waves with a light offshore and a blazing sunshine. That quickly turned to overcast with a strongish southerly…. the early bird got the worm today. Still there should be some fun waves in the protected southern corners all day long… hope you all have a tops 2012!!!
