What a weekend!! every single daylight hour of the last weekend was cracking beach weather. The water is super clear the winds were light, the sun was bright and it was a bangin 30 degrees at 2pm yesterday. The Woolgoolga boardriders had their monthly bash yesterday in the fine weather and the grommets had a blast. It was only around the 1-2 foot mark but that didn’t worry the under 14′s they were amped!! Most of today’s pics are of those under 14 and 16 groms going hard and most of all having a great time!

A little while back we made a little video clip of local tube hound Johnny Craig threading some sick looking tubes. It was an entry into the innersection competition which he got so much positive response. free learn to surf day!!

The northern beaches of Coffs Harbour is going to have a new surf school. World champ Harley Ingleby and good mate Darryn Quigley are launching “Solitary Islands surf school” this Saturday (24th sept) and to celebrate they are doing a full free day of surf lessons to everyone. Come down and meet the guys, have some fun and start learning to surf from some of the best. We will have a heap more details coming over the next few days… so stay tuned
