mild morn 24th may

It was a little warmer down the coast at first light this morning. The wind had a bit more north in it today which just takes the edge off the pre dawn paddle. Some change clouds were starting to build over the horizon which gave some sunrise interest, something that hasn’t been around with the clear skies of late. Surf is still tiny but the direction has changed to the north-east, maybe the start of a new swell?? forecasters are predicting a slight pulse that may kick in as early as this afternoon, but more likely tomorrow when that well publicised “rain event” hits us. Should only last a day or so before clearing up to a nice weekend.
