monday clouds 24th may

Not much energy in the waves today, just shoulder high swell flopping on to some high tide banks at first light, the beach I photographed this morning didn’t inspire any surf action shooting. But if you know of any small wave sandbars you could still have a heap of fun. The overcast skies will hopefully clear later today and we might be able to get back on the trigger. There has been some new stuff go up on the website over the weekend…. read below to check it all out!

New surf clip up on our website from the same session that the above shot was taken of Sage Joske

Back in late April I photographed Brett Caller and Sage Joske sliding on some late arvo point waves. I also shot a little bit of video and put a short movie clip together. CLICK HERE to have a peep

Jack Lynch flaring at the Pass late last year…. new feature article up on our site about this lad

Jack Lynch is a teenager shredder from Scotts Head, the boy surf all sorts of craft and does it with loads of style CLICK HERE to read our interview with Jack as part of our latest feature articles page.

nice little gap in the horizon at around 6.30 this morning…. waves were a bit of a yawn

The first shot of the sequence which follows below. This sequence was captured late last month. I am still waiting for the wind, swell, tide and sun to come together to light this place up again (everthing has to be right just right….the day will come!) Harley Ingleby in a clean caven….. see a few more of our sequences through the Saltwater Classics gallery

The sort of surf day we all dream of
