ocean’s goodness 17th January

How good is a fresh east wind blowing in your face at the beach first thing in the morning?? yeah, yeah I know it’s makes a mess the waves and writes off any chance of a decent surf, but breathing in those negative ions that are been pushed straight off the surface of the ocean makes you feel refreshed and energised. It turns out that there’s some science behind this feeling. Moving air, water and sunlight cause air molecules to break apart resulting in the release of charged ions. When exposed to us, the beneficial effects it has on heart and mind can de-stress, increase blood circulation and cause the body to release a Serotonin, a feel good horomone….. yeah so no wonder most surfers and daily swimmers are happy, relaxed people…. the ocean has the good oil and its there for us to sniff it in whenever we like… go score a hit!

fizzing negative ions been released early today

surfing is probably not an option today…. super sloppy

Gulls loving the strong coastal winds… they were having stacks of fun up there

the only other human I saw down there this morning

Talking of relaxed people
