Most of us can get a good couple of hours beach time in before school/work now the days are getting longer. You’ve had a surf, hung at the beach, talked to some mates, soaked up some morning sunshine and its only 7.30!! plenty of time to shuffle off and do the things that need to be done. A fair crew were making the most of some typical spring weather at this town beach this morning. Chest to shoulder high waves were providing just enough push to keep the happy crowd amused. Looks like a more serious swell arriving on Sunday…. bring it on!

World Champion longboarder (and “rad as” shortboarder) Harley Ingleby and his mate Darryn Quigley are starting a new surf school called “Solitary Islands surf school” It’s going to kick off around late September and will have a strong focus on the youth with the special “surf groms” program.
