Just go for a paddle and see what happens!!…. thats the theory that a small bunch of Coffs crew took this morning and why wouldn’t ya?? the mornings are super warm, its sunny and getting that saltwater on your face just makes the day that much better. Even knowing the waves have been pretty poor this week you hardly ever regret going out for a wave… these dudes had a little bit of fun on a day most turned their backs on. Brett always has fun in the ocean no matter what! whether its on a mal, fish, piece of flat timber or even surf mats… he’s frothing!! check the bottom of this post for a surf clip which features him surfing some of his weird and wonderful crafts

Back in September I did a 3-day video shoot in Byron Bay with Sage Joske, Brett Caller and Jake Bevan for clothing label The Critical Slide Society. We got some super fun waves and had a great time cruising around the Bay looking for waves. These guys are great to shoot because they drag so many different boards down the beach and surf them all in the one session generally. I was lucky enough to have the talented filmaker Nathan Oldfield piece all my footage together with artwork from the boys at TCSS and Im stoked with the result….
