During 2010 we started doing a little bit of filming. We would switch from our regular still photos to movie mode on our 7D canon camera to start gathering some footage of Harley Ingleby. His girl, Carlie was also racking up some time behind the lens and when we both had enough footage for a 3-4 minute clip, Harley pulled out his little Macbook laptop and pieced it altogether. Yesterday it got released on the surfing life website for the first public viewing. It’s mostly got Harley tearing on his quad fish, but there is footage of him riding a super short Alaia and his modern performance longboards. Nearly 100% of the footage is filmed on the Coffs coast.

Surfing life also breezed through his Emerald beach home to check out his Dad’s awesome collection of surfboards. In the clip below Harley takes you on a guided tour of the house held up by surfboards.

Cheers Damo, Harley certainly is the complete surfer… and he’s the man I would have me money on if such an event ever happened. Reckon Harley would like this idea!
On it Tom.

We won’t go into the man-on-man thing with Pete (just goggle the name for an interesting read), but the former world champion surfer had a point to make about the “complete surfer”. Enjoyed the Harley video. This is where I believe Drouyn was going, calling for the sport to
