Live music on the Coffs coast!

The surf club is the spot to be on Sunday arvo’s. After a day in the waves there is no better place to go and relax with mates, have a few cold ones and a feed while listening to some killer live music. Every Sunday from 3 o’clock the surf club have been putting on bands that have the cruisey blues/roots style music free for the locals and tourist of Coffs Harbour. Great way to round off the weekend and put you in a positive mood for the coming week.

Coastal Soul brings the beach to the dance floor at every gig. Fuelled by a love for the ocean, family and mateship, these boys are indeed riding waves of musical enjoyment and success.
The band formed in early 2007 and has been gathering a solid fan base since. The trio consists of Phil Klaus (12 string guitar, stomp box, percussion, vocals), Jamie Martin (6 string rhythm, vocals) and Damian Arnold (6 string lead).
With a set list encapsulating modern day artists such as Ben Harper and Jack Johnson, yesteryear classics such as Creedence, Bob Dylan and Neil Young, and a array of alternative bands such as Sublime, John Butler Trio and Pearl Jam, Coastal Soul are sure to whet your appetite and leave you wanting more.
With an ever-growing following, they continue to enjoy enthusiastic crowds bopping to their cruisy tunes and generally having a great time.
